THE BEST TRUCKS INC.’s overall commitment to quality in work practice and customer service is defined through its Core and Support Business Processes. TBT Quality Management System has been influenced by Transportation business environment and risks associated with that environment. In addition, the system has been structured to support the varying needs of the business, its particular objectives, the services it provides, the processes it employs and its size and organisational structure.

Through each of these business processes, the Quality Management System is aligned with the goals and strategic direction of the organization. The Quality Management System as described in this Manual defines the company’s commitment:
